If you are concerned that your request might indicate to the public institution that you are working on a particular story or looking for particular information, you might want to “disguise” your request by asking a more general one. • “Copies of the minutes of all planning committee meetings held between July and September 2009.” • “The expenditure reports for the Ministry’s purchase of IT equipment (including computers and printers) for the years 2007 and 2008.” |
